Table linens are included with a rental package when you opt to plan and purchase your meal thorough the conference center.  Choose from a wide variety of color options to make your event as colorful as you choose.

Tasty menu options are provided for your selection, but should you have a dinner option in mind that is not included on our catering menu, just let us know.  We have great options to share with you.

Want to bring in your own caterer? Licensed caters can cater your event at the Sundstrom. Simply contact the management and we will provide the details to make this seamless. 

Need a specialty cake? We are happy to help you find a local baker to provide this service!

Online planning makes planning easy!

We use a web-based program for coordinating  your event details. This allows you to have immediate access to all the details. Everything from RSVPs, budget, to-do list, itinerary, layout and online invoicing are available from your smartphone.    

From appetizers to carving stations, our local caterers have you covered. 

Local caterers have provided the menu at the J.O. since our doors opened in 2013.  

We believe that our local people provide some of the best food around and that supporting small business is something that we can all get behind.

The J.O. provides a full  event staff to ensure your event is seamless. 

Whether planning a wedding or a meeting, you are able to meet with the Event Manager three times prior to your event to ensure all your questions are answered and your details down pat.

Our staff provides both buffet and plated meal service and provide table-side service during the duration of your meal. 

Staff also provides room setup, tear down and clean-up --all included in your rental cost.  You can depend on your guests entering a facility that is well-prepared for their arrival.  From beverage service to lighting and music, our staff prepares the facility to your specifications.
