Having to plan your event from a distance? Our seasoned staff and online planning options make planning at a distance as easy as in person.



We use the web-based system for coordinating all events. This allows you to have immediate access to the planning all your event details. Everything from RSVPs, budget, to-do list, itinerary, layout and online invoicing is available on your smart phone or computer.   

What is Included?

Table linens are included with a rental package, with a wide variety of color options to choose from.

Tasty menu options are provided for your selection, but should you have a dinner option in mind that is not included on our catering menu, just let us know. We have great options to share with you.

Want to bring in your own caterer? Licensed caters can cater your event at the Sundstrom. Simply contact the management and we will provide the details to make this seamless. 

Need a specialty cake? We are happy to help you find a local baker to provide this service!
